I want to play a game and my laptop's graphic car isn't a high enough specification. Is there anything I can do about it?

What you want is SO EASY to do on desktop PCs but next to impossible in laptops. I doubt if you could find a card that you could fit on your laptop. There is hardly any space or slot there. But nobody is stopping you from giving it a try. Then tell us all about your adventure. You might win a patent for turning a laptop to an amazing desktop.

Not very likely. I think there are some very high-end laptops that have the option to upgrade the graphics card, but with most laptops you can only replace the hard drive and the RAM.

95% of the laptops out there won't allow you to upgrade a graphics card, and the ones that do, already come with good ones, so I'm afraid you are out of luck.
