I kno this sounds ridiculous, but to me it actually seems pretty reasonable. The Patriots have always had one of the best defenses in the league, but now the Texans seem to have gotten something going with their defense. Their defense so far this year is one of the top 5 which is very suprising considering how badly thier defense played in recent years. But with the acquisition of players like mario williams, their defense has gotten a lot better esp with the forced fumbles and sacks. The Texans also have a pretty easy schedule except for 3 teams:colts, chargers, bronco, which btw they only play once. So wud it be worth pikcin up the Texans D at the cost of the Patriots?

the texans D is very good right now, but its bound to have some bad games and probably become more of an average defense for the rest of the season. the Patriots D will likely have good games the whole season because they just have a really good defense. I would not do this trade, but heck, if you're feeling risky and really believe that the Texans D will be good all season long then do it,but if you're at all doubting that they'll stay good, then don't do the trade.

Bottom Line: If your team is doing good, and you're winning, keep the pat D. They are the safer pick. But if you are not winning, it might be worth taking the risky pickup because the favorable schedule of the Texans.
