have you noticed people have been getting lots of thumbs down on an answer?

Yes and some of the thumbs down make no sense especially when the question is a simple noncontroversial one. I think if some answered that the sky was blue, there would be thumbs down.

Yeah. Some days there appears to be a thumbs-downer trailing me, giving me a thumbs-down when my answer is correct and cheerfully given. Go figure, huh?

I assume other people get the same, for just as valid a reason.

Yes I ask one thing why not let top contributors decide who gets a violation !!!
