I believe that communism should be put in every developing country, to help society to become equal, and for everyone to have a share of what they work for. Capitalism is a monster that keeps eating earth, poverty is increasing because imperialism only cares about the rich fat cats who make money and more money for imperialist governments. while there are homless dying in the streets no money no food because capitalism keeps it all to it self and the rich business men. while people from poor backgrounds work and work and work long hours for little money, in factorys making pakages of food for those rich who can afford it,. Like Marx said you work hard for it and make it but you cannot consume it...
Thats why i think communism or socialism is the answer to poverty...LETS STOP GLOBALIZATION KILLING THE DEVELOPING COUTRIES.
What do you think of my opinion???
Im only 16 but allready a crazy communist, correct me if im wrong...

But with the fall of the Soviet Union and the Capitilization of China, the proof is out there.

Well, to be a communist at your age is right on. You still believe the ideal "utopian" society is POSSIBLE. You see, we all believe it would be GREAT if everyone had it good. But as you get older you'll realize that it just isn't possible. Psychologically, if you do not give people an incentive to work hard, they won't do it. Would you work your tail off every day for a year to earn exactly what some one who does nothing earns? You may say yes, just to be idealistic, but try doing some strenuous work while others stand by and watch, you'll get pretty irritated pretty quickly. You see, it's not that capitalism keeps people poor; lack of motivation keeps people poor. I worked my tail off to put myself through college and earn a degree so that I can make enough money to live well, others didn't. My family is very poor and couldn't/didn't help out at all. I still found ways though. These opportunities are available for everyone.

You seem to lack the understanding that Communism is NOT everyone being equal. Communism is the government controlling how everything is distributed. This does not equate to equality. You may want to do some serious research into communism and see what it has yielded in the past; you'd be surprised at the atrocities.

What sets our country apart is the ideal that every man is created equal and that we all have the same opportunities, some just have to work a littler harder and sacrifice a little more to get them. I know that all too well, but wouldn't trade it for the world.

communism only works on paper. People are greedy by nature and you cant change that. The person who come to power in any country is always the most devious, greedy, evil person. With communism 99.9% of the population have very little and the leading class have incredible wealth.

communism doesn't work because there are no incentives to work hard. Why should i work hard when the blokes stood around talking gets paid as much as me.Why would someone study 10 or more years to be a doctor when he can get the same wage as bin man. China is communist would you like to go and live there? Just because america is an evil country that doesn't make communism good.

I am a believer, that Communism if applied fairly to a society is far more beneficial to the ordinary citizen than capitalism.. Sadly the true meaning of Communisms has never been applied anywhere that it hasn't become corrupted by the greed of the few against the needs of the many!.. The closest anyone has ever come to true Communism both in spirit of the doctrine and interpretation is the kibbutz system which flourished in Israel.

Communism was a terrible evil, unsurpassed in it's ferocity towards innocent people, far worse than Hitler's Naxis.

Lenin and Stalin would wipe out scores , hundreds and thousands of his own people, simply because they disagreed with them.

There was a case where farmers disagreed with the way the state had told them to plant crops, the farmers and their families and anyone who could be a witness simply disappeared. In time, Russia which was called the "breadbasket of Europe" was a wasteland and millions starved to death.

It is a terrible ideaolgy that has gone the way it should have gone in 1917.

Developing countries should be left alone to find their own way, the same as the now developed countries did. If not, they just come to rely on handouts from the rich countries.

I believe the problems you care about and the atrocities of jungle capitalism you raise are real and important issue's.

I don't believe communism is the answer though there's no doubt in my mind communism would be better for the third world than what they have now.But that's never a really good way to see if something is good or bad, compare it.Communism in itself has fatal flaws that are inherent to the system that can't be corrected no matter how good the intentions of the leaders.
Communism is anti humane for the following reasons.Communism denies people individual liberty when individual liberty has always been a main engine of human progress.Communism leaves people in the developed world without an incentive to preform.Almost no one including me is gonna work hard ONLY for the common good.People are people not saints. When a lot of people will not preform there are two possibilities, the economic system fails or you get oppression to make people preform what I would call the Stalinist way.

You are not crazy. You're young and you see injustice. It's noble and right to want to change that and not accept the lies and murder in the name of the free market.
We don't have to accept the system as it is now or choose communism.I believe in social Democracy.

12. Democratic socialism is an international movement for freedom, social justice and solidarity. Its goal is to achieve a peaceful world where these basic values can be enhanced and where each individual can live a meaningful life with the full development of his or her personality and talents and with the guarantee of human and civil rights in a democratic framework of society.

13. Freedom is the product of both individual and cooperative efforts - the two aspects are parts of a single process. Each person has the right to be free of political coercion and also to the greatest chance to act in pursuit of individual goals and to fulfil personal potential. But that is only possible if humanity as a whole succeeds in its long-standing struggle to master its history and to ensure that no person, class, sex, religion or race becomes the servant of another.

14. Justice and Equality. Justice means the end of all discrimination against individuals, and the equality of rights and opportunities. It demands compensation for physical, mental and social inequalities, and freedom from dependence on either the owners of the means of production or the holders of political power.

Equality is the expression of the equal value of all human beings and the precondition for the free development of the human personality. Basic economic, social and cultural equality is essential for individual diversity and social progress.

Freedom and equality are not contradictory. Equality is the condition for the development of individual personality. Equality and personal freedom are indivisible.

15. Solidarity is all-encompassing and global. It is the practical expression of common humanity and of the sense of compassion with the victims of injustice. Solidarity is rightly stressed and celebrated by all major humanist traditions. In the present era of unprecedented interdependence between individuals and nations, solidarity gains an enhanced significance since it is imperative for human survival.

16. Democratic socialists attach equal importance to these fundamental principles. They are interdependent. Each is a prerequisite of the other. As opposed to this position, Liberals and Conservatives have placed the main emphasis on individual liberty at the expense of justice and solidarity while Communists have claimed to achieve equality and solidarity, but at the expense of freedom.

Communism has one fatal flaw. It centralizes the means of production. This means that there is no private ownership. Everything belongs to the government and people only exist for the benefit of the state. This contrary to human nature which is very egocentric.

Socialism is by far the better choice. It allows decentralized production and enterprise. People can own things and build them up with only limited government interference. However, the social services are government operated. Since social services are people oriented endeavors, the profit motive is removed and people are treated with a degree of equality. They receive the benefit of social services without recourse to a deep pocketbook.

Capitalism is the ultimate expression of selfishness. "What is mine is mine and, if you don't keep a sharp eye out, so will yours be mine." It benefits the strong, crafty, sly, and duplicitous instead of the moral, ethical and generous person.

I believe in communism but after one of my sociology lessons my beliefs were crushed!! Lol I understand all of the points that you have made but there will ALWAYS be a divide between the rich and the poor. There are people who want to achieve good education in their life but some who insist they don't!

Yet we all do have EQUAL opportunities!

So why should the people who spend years and years studying to get a good salary not benefit. And have to pay more taxes etc. And fund people who chose not to carry on with education are stuck on low wages/benefits.

"So you think that money is the root of all evil? . . . Have you ever asked what is the root of money?" (Ayn Rand)

I am a capitalist. I own a business and yet it is always the socialists who do not earn for themselves, claim that I am guilty because I do not willingly let them steal my wealth and redistribute it to others who do not work. I understand that you may be young and impressionable. I can only hope that you possess the intelligence and will to learn the truth.

Communism is simply another form of collectivism.

"Collectivism means the subjugation of the individual to the group - whether to a race, class or state does not matter. Collectivism holds that man must be chained to collective action and collective thought for the sake of what is called "the common good." (Ayn Rand)

"Fascism and communism are not two opposites, but two rival gangs fighting over the same territory ... both are variants of statism, based on the collectivist principle that man is the rightless slave of the state." (Ayn Rand)

The greatest communist country to ever have existed dissolved at the same time you were born. Read the history of the Soviet Union and see why it replaced the Nazis as the greatest evil in the history of earth and why it utterly failed.

If you want examples, research for yourself the conditions of East/West Germany during the Cold War. One side was capitalist, the other communist. Which side do you think was better off?

"Capitalism is a social system based on the recognition of individual rights, including property rights, in which all property is privately owned." (Ayn Rand)

Study these books to understand, "why".

Let me take a guess here. If you have a set of parents, they are not doing as well as the parents of some of the kids that go to school with you. At you age that is called. ENVY.
Perhaps you hear at home how much better off the neighbors are, and, that is not fair that the boss gets to travel and go to fancy restaurants, while you have to eat at home, That is called CLASS ENVY.
The beauty about this country is, that everyone has the opportunity to do better. You collect what you plant.
In a communist society you don't have the opportunity to better yourself. Everybody is equal alright, equally miserable.

Yeah and what if the government goes corrupt, or we get a really power hunger control freak as a leader? Everyone wants the government to take care of us, when it comes down to it the government can't really do crap fast. It usually ends up to be a fight over spending, moral issues, and which side is less wrong. I'm tired of everyone saying that there won't be any rich, but the truth is that someone has to run the factories.
