One night at my hubby's work this cop was talking about how he had lost his house and all his personal belongings to a flood and that his wife and two kids were living at this guy that they knew but his wife did not get well along with him and he didn't know what to do , they needed money for groceries, clothes and personal stuff, when my hubby came home we agreed to help him, he asked me how, I told him give him $500, to help him buy what he needed ( this surprised my hubby cause I am very careful with our money) He gave him the money and the guy was so happy he was crying and he promised my hubby he will pay him back, i told my hubby we didn't do this to expect something in return and he said i know but it will be nice when we get the money back, come to find out the guy and his family moved to Chicago a week ago and we didn't hear from him after we gave him the money, but I don't feel bad at all cause like I said, I wasn't expecting nothing in return.

Yeah the homeless guy probably went and offered some hardcore booze with that funds. there is the pink go and the salvation military for that. those places are ideal via the place I artwork and the homeless are continuously around. The gasoline stations get mad in case you supply them funds. each and every of the do is walk around the line and purchase booze. i've got executed many little superb issues for strangers. i think undesirable for human beings. yet i do no longer talk approximately it. i desperate that alongside time in the past. reason in case you brag or talk approximately it, its such as you in basic terms did it so which you will appear as if a great guy or woman or something. I do it just to do it. No advantages neccasary, no compliment, in basic terms a thank you is all I ask for.

I use to manage a restaraunt and there was this skany looking old man in his 70's who came in and noone wanted to even wait on him because they KNEW he was homeless and had no money. So I bought him breakfast and he actually left me a buck in pennies which was all the money he had in his pockets!!!! It made me feel soooo good to be able to help someone like that. Im sorry but In America NOONE should go hungry!
