Both extremely overrated. Neither are really that funny, plus I heard the Dane Cook steals other comedians material to basically compose his entire act and that every other comedian hates and disrespects him for it. But if I had to choose, I would say Dane Cook, but thats only because I really dont think Carlos Mencia is funny at all and his show is terrible.
