You can have millions of germs in your mouth that come from the food stuck on your teeth that attract bacteria, especially anything with sugar.
I'm not sure the most populated city. I know Tokyo is in the top 10. It has over 20 million people. China is the most populous country...or is it Indonesia? Or India? No, I think China has one-fifth the world's population at over a billion.
When you ask multiple question in one you basically pocket several "points."
