do u think there should be an iPod Touch with memory more than 16gb?

because there are ipods with around 80gb and i think 16gb for an iPod Touch is not enough.

yes and ther definitely will be soon enough - probably either right before or right after christmas.

The technology in a Touch is more advanced than that of a "Classic", so it would be harder to fit all the components in there with a larger harddrive.
