If I get out of bed and my sheets need to be cleaned because I was sleeping there... it's probably time.
Also if I brush up against somebody and they feel compelled to take a shower or wash up.
Those scenerios have never happened, because I shower every day, but those would be good indications.

I take a shower in the morning usually, so I dont ever REALLY need to take one, maybe when I get back from jogging, my hair is so thick that it gets rather sweaty and dirty

When the hair in my armpits is about three inches long,
When I raise my arms and people fall over!
When I start getting zits ALL over my back.
When my legs look like the wolf man!
When I walk in the room and my sister says Shanna's hear I can smell her!!!

When I feel sticky and sweaty and my hair starts getting flat. I think a woman should have a shower everyday.

You should shower or bathe before you realize it. If you have to realize it, it is too late, and you already stink!!!!!
