Just contact, Veterans of Foreign Wars, or Disabled American Veterans Cinn. Ohio. It's their job to help vets and they've been doing it for years and years.

You can send contributions to various veteran's associations and the veteran's administration itself. It may be a bit difficult getting addresses for people that you are not related to or do not live nearby.
