If your country doesn't have one, then you shouldn't need it. You might try calling the company on their toll free number to order items.

"Zip Codes" is an American phrase. In other countries, they just call them postal codes. I've included a link below tha tmay help you find yours. It looks like it is called a PIN CODE in Mumbiai -- and is a six digit number starting with 400 or 401.
If you can't find it -- leave it blank -- or ask your mailman when he delivers mail to you.
