You should defiantly submit one. It might boost your chance of getting in.

Yes!!!!!!!

Your personal statement may be the thing that gets you in. It is your only real opportunity to let them know someehint about yourself other than your grades.

You should be applying to other schools & they will want one, too. So it shouldn't be any extra work.

Yes. You should always do things that are optional. It makes you look like you are really serious about whatever it is.
