After I turn off the computer like when it says turning off computer, saving the setting etc., some black screen comes after that for a while and then it says " Safely turning off" something like that with a black screen after that. But before it says "Safely turning off" it didnt bring up a black screen before that. What should I do and why is this happening?

Without sounding to complicated...
What is happening is a program, or programs are not shutting down when you go to turn off the computer.
So the computer has to force them to shut down otherwise the computer can't turn itself off.
As to what program(s) they are, who knows...
