Depends on how many million. Lets say 2 or 3? You're better than 97 (at least) percentage of the planets population but probably not really rich. Like how my family is "upper middle class", you'd be lower rich.

This is one of those situation where you can only find the answer by comparing your situation to someone else's.
It all depends on your perspective. A person with 50 million may consider you poor. Someone earning $15,000 a year probably thinks you are immensely, fantastically wealthy.
