I don't understand what you mean by this. I interpret it as two different possibilities:

Can you Bicycle with an iTrip? I suppose so, though it would be easier to remove the iTrip (since it is an attachable/detachable item) instead of trying to carry it around with you.
Or can you ride a motorcycle that has a radio, and use the radio to play songs through an iTrip? And the answer to this is yes, you can.

No, it's a transmitter only.
