is there anwhere i can order the decal paper and they ship it cod to me

I don't know of any place that ships c.o.d. anymore, unless you are an established customer, such as a business. If you don't have a charge, send a money order that covers the cost of your order, plus the shipping and the handling. A money order is considered the same as cash...NEVER send cash.
