The very tip of my 1/8" cable plug got stuck inside my ipod headphone's jack, any advice on getting it out?

It broke off when I took it out and stayed inside like it was still connected..... any advice other than going to an apple repair shop or something like that ? :(

no advice - trying to use a sharp tool to dig it out could damage the device, as would a strong magnet (could erase part of the disk), which would void your warranty if you're still covered.

Take it too the shop you got it from.
