Otherwise, you can assign that particular number or numbers not to ring - maybe you could even create a "No Ring" group (if this feature exists on your phone).

Some Samsung handsets will lt you block a person, however most phones do have a facility which I find works - copy their number into your phone memory and assign a personal ring tone to them of "silent". Whenever they call or text your phone doesn't ring. If people that you want to speak to call your phone rings like normal.

Well Dude! Good question! All i could do was ask my service provider to close down my voicemail. After about ten days the person stopped ringing and texting!
