because when your sleeping, most of the time your mouth is open, so spiders sometimes crawl in... other bugs also do that..

noone has proved that. but if you do. it is because that your mouth is open and the spider crawls down your throat. that is why you might cough at random

This is an urban legend. Nothing crawls into your mouth while you are asleep. Anyone who says they do is pulling your leg.

You dont do it on purpose, they usually just crawl into your open mouth and by accident you swallow them.
