I'm working with a realtor and he wants me to winterize o few houses. How uch should i charge him, or how much do people usually charge for this?

I did work similar to this, and I charged $20 an hour + supplies. If they only want to pay a flat fee, just figure out how long it will take you, multiply at $25 an hour (in case something takes longer), and how much the supplies will cost. Make that your flat fee. I'm not sure what all they want you to do to answer more specifically.

That depends upon how much work is involved and how much time it takes. My brother's lake place in New Hampshire has a specialized water system that literally takes 10 minutes to purge. Close and bolt the shutters and the job is done. It would be hard to justify more than $100 for that job. His regular home would take all weekend and would cost $1,000 at least.
