A figment of your imagination. There is no such thing as "ventaliation." If you mean "ventilation," ventilation is a process, not a thing. Quiet passive ventilation means breathing normally with no unusual or unexpected noises or "bruit." Contrast that with heavy breathing when the doctor tells you to breathe deeply, for example, or you run and start panting.
