This depends on whether or not you plead guilty, no contest or ask for a jury trial!

Unless you plead guilty or no contest, or are found guilty by a jury, you won't serve any time if the DA drops the charges, the judge dismisses the case or the jury finds you innocent!

If you have been charged in conjunction with a violtion of parole or probation, you are looking at either mandated rehabilitation, prison or jail time.

The sentence will depend on previous criminal acts you've been convicted of, the judge, the mandated Penal Code in your state and several other factors.

35 days ... 1 day per pill as long as I got the pills while i was in prison

You don't mean how long am I willing to sit in prison to get the pills do you?

It all depends on what state you are in or if you were caught selling them or If it was your first offence.When asking somthing like this alot comes into play.I was caught with some drugs before and I got robbed and beat up by the police and let go.

The charge would probably be something like "Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking" , in which case it could be several years or more .

I'm sure they can pin on you intent to sell at that point, so it's a pretty serious charge, and a while.
