i can't say i've met any real "good" ppl. i am realizing that my tough experiences have made me really angry inside; i feel bitter towards the ppl who hurt me and the feeling lingers on inside me. when **** happened, i stood up for myself, but i am still angry inside bcoz of the principal of the situation. i don't feel it's about forgiveness bcoz these ppl did what they did and they did it repeatedly and it's just a reflection of who they are.
i write in my diary, but it's not helping.
i really wanna be free of the bad feelings i have inside me bcoz of my tough experiences...how can i get rid of them?

Oh boy do I know how you feel. It is hard to rid that feeling of hatred. remember you are a better person than they are.
You stood up for yourself and for that you should be proud.
Try to surround yourself with other people that are not judgmental. I know you said that, "i can't say i've met any real "good" people. But they are out there. Once you find some good friends. people to be around, your anger toward the other hateful people will pass. If not you need an outlet for your anger. Writing it down works for me. As you said it doesnt work for you anymore. find some activity that will occupy your time and thoughts and perhaps you will find other people that you can connect with.
Dont give in to anger, keep on trying♥
