(Un)Fortunately, you're probably not done growing, either.
It seems to me that most brands now have longer lengths. When I was in high school, and at least 5'9" (When I was a freshman, I was just taller than my mother who is 5'8" and taller than my "big" sister who is 5'6".) I had a heck of a time finding women's jeans. And since I was big, at least 180 and in a women's 14, I just stuck with guy's jeans. I really didn't care what I wore. I just got dressed because I had to.
A couple of years ago, I discovered Express jeans at Goodwill. The low cut waist looked good (even though I was skinny at maybe 150 pounds) and they were nice and long, even when I pulled them up to where they were supposed to go. (I was probably a size ten, but I wanted to gain weight and didn't want to buy a pair of jeans that I wanted to grow out of.)
Even as an adult I still settle at times. A couple of years ago, I found a nice long pair of dress pants at Target, for around $20. Yet, this summer, I bought a pair of maternity dress pants on clearance for $6 that just barely cover the tops of my socks. I needed the pants and while they were more than what I had paid for clothing in awhile, I bought them. (My baby shower was the next day and my mother all but told me that I couldn't wear jeans, even the nice dark blue maternity jeans to it. I basically said that it's my shower and I'll wear what I want to. However, she is still Mom, so I went with what she said.) They turned out to be a wise investment as I wore them frequently from July to now, even though my daughter was born on Sept. 17. (Even though I'm only 18 pounds bigger than what I was when I had my first pre-natal appointment [I gained the weight I wanted to], none of my bigger clothes, even my 14s are fitting. I want to lose weight because I'm on the low side of an unhealthy weight and because I have a closet full of nice, good clothes and I'm cheap and practical and refuse to buy any if I don't have to.)
Anyway....
A friend of mine, who is six two and a lawyer gave me her old work clothes, which she said she would probably never fit into again. (She also said that she remembers what it was like to be a student on almost no money, too.) So now I have a full closet of suits, skirts, and pants. Most of them came from Tall Girl which is a specialty shop (obviously) and are more expensive.
Anyway, I hope this helps. I had to interrupt my post to nurse my daughter.

You have got to try custom made jeans. I get mine at Make Your Own Jeans. They start at just $45.00. You have total control over the style, fit, cut, length, everything. I just love them. Oh, and I think they have pants as well as jeans.
