I would much rather "be" dumped...
"Being" hurt has always been easier for my conscience than being the one "who" hurt...
Both have the same level of emotional pain, though...when you've lived with someone for years, the "estrangement" seperation causes "cosmic" anguish we never feel the likes of in any other situation (with the exception of the death of a loved one) but a break-up is kinda' like a "death" of someone, in that...that person suddenly disappears from your life as if they had died...
The 1st major break-up caused me to stare into space for four days, stunned, shocked, and empty...
The 2nd major break-up felt as bad as the first...but the pain wasn't such a "surprise" because I recognized it, and had experienced it before...
The 3rd major break-up...again equally painful...but that time I was ready, and knew what things to do to get over it fast...
Break-ups are a ......, though...no matter how you look at it...from either side...

Both really suck, but I hate hurting others even if they deserve it. So, ideally, I would rather be the dumpee. I get plenty of experience as the dumper after I eat too many green grapes.
I can't even stand the thought of being either one with you. I'd rather be your delicious dimsum dumpling (-;

I would rather be the dumper because then I wont have to wonder why they broke up with me and if I did dump them then that means I would have wanted it over. Not saying I don't care about the other person its just know one really likes to be dumped.

DUMPER 4 sure
Dumpee always has the mind games that go on and is more emotional. Dumper is also in control of the situation so less vulnerable.

Seriously, I would rather that the relationship is successful and lasts forever. That is what I am looking for. Life dosent always work out that way...sometimes the guys take a week or longer to decide if they want to call you, sometimes we say and do all the wrong things...its not as clear as I would like it to be. I dont want the word dump to be used at all...I dont like it either way. Take Care.-Rachel.

I have always been the dumpee except for one time.
I hated hurting her feelings, but I didn't think we had enough in common.
I will have to be the dumper soon unless my wishes come true and the other one here does it to me.

I'd hate to be both, unless I were the dumper and I felt they deserved to get dumped.
