NYC is more racially diverse than LA.

New York would rate the highest as far as culture, many ethnic groups made passage to the USA via Ellis Island. Then, headed west looking for land, gold, and so on.

History will also show L. A. "City of Lost Angels" is dominated more so by Hispanic, Hawaiian, and Oriental.

i think it has to do with it being a big city. all big cities will be more diverse.
