How do I install a fender eliminator kit on my 2006 Honda CBR 1000 RR?

I need to know what screws/bolts to take out to remove the mud flap (stock fender) so that I can install a aftermarket fender eliminator kit. I called the Honda dealer, and they said that they would charge $199.00 just to install it and that it takes 2-3 hours for the pros to do it! Surely it can't be this hard!! Please help!

The fender eliminator kit will come with directions.
You have to cut off the license plate bracket.
If you can read and follow directions, use a ratchet & screw driver and cut plastic with a hack saw "blade", then the installation won't be that difficult.
