They both lied a lot. Bush has lied less, but about more important things. Who cares if Clinton lied about his social life? That's not important to being a president.

Bush. What ever he has done, has been open before the American People. Clinton still has too much to answer for
concerning one or two murders, rape, and other shenanigans, not to mention the bombing on Kosovo for no good reason.
