He knows I dislike Jay Cutler the bodybuilder with a passion. So, while I was away from the office for a day he put a picture of Jay Cutler on my computer desktop background. He also taped a piece of paper with the word "Jay" on the Cutler Hammer electrical junction box in our laundry room. His pranks are more subtle but funny for the most part. And, no other person at my place of employment would notice such subtleties but they keep popping up all over the place.

Oh Patrick, by the sound of things your friend is really good at this. He obvioulsy had a younger brother. Did you? You are in trouble if you haven't had a lifetime of training in this art. You really ought to reconsider - you don't wan't to make it a challenge for him do you? It only escalates.

Hahaha - this sounds like a fun way to break the work-week monotony.
First, find out something he dislikes or has an aversion for and start doing the same sort of thing.
One night last year we left a light-up Christmas cow on our friend's front yard and then knocked on his door and ran (he loves cows). He's still talking about it! :) Harmless pranks are the best.

Give him a beer with 2 roofies, shave him head to toe bald, paint him in black shoe polish, tie him to the local playground at 4:30 am (you may want to enlist a female to do the shaving part)

well go over to his place and start hanging up pictures of men that are underwear models or something.. and put them in places that he may not notice it there right away.. i did that to my buddy once.. it was 2 guys in underwear that said b gay, i cut it out of the back of one of those locla magazines.. that tell you where bands are playing and stuff.. like a free times magazine or s sceene magazine.. and no one noticed it up there for a few days.. i dont know i thougt that was a pretty funny one..

icy suggested that you interfere with the movement of his mouse...you could put a piece of tape over the little ball.
you could change his screen saver to something really girlie.

Give his home address to the local Jehovah's Witness church and tell them(pretending to be him on the phone) that you'd love for them to come by and share their teaching!

you can get your hand all wet with water and then go behind them and fake a really big loud sneeze and shake the water all over the back of their neck
