The first equation is y=3x+5; I plug the equation into (Y=) but then an error appears. The second equation is g(x)= - [g(x)]

first plug it into y and then graph it if u need to go and set all you data to the setup cause sometimes it wont wrk cause int the ti83 it has differnt graph forms

on the Y= thing you probably have plot 1 highlighted, click on it to un highlight it
