how can i be less self concious and stop planning every action before hand ? and when it doest work out stress about it ?

being insecure and self consiouss are not things im proud of and i really want to stopppppp! also i assume way too muchhh (based on previous actions of the persoin) if i tell someone what im assuming they make me feel so dumb.

how can i stop feeling stupid when someone doesnt like what i do? like i see everyone else do their thing and people like them for itttt why cant i be like them?

LET ME TELL YOU WHAT I LEARNED!!!

It is MY!!!!!! ATTITUDE towards myself and towards people.
It is poor self esteem that makes you feel insignificant. BEEN THERE, TOO!!!!!

CHANGE your attitude towards yourself.
Look in the mirror at yourself and say,
"I have value."
"I am the apple of God's eye."
" I am precious in God's sight."
"GOD loves me, when noone else does."
"I am worthy."
"God made me JUST LIKE HE WANTS ME."
"I am UNIQUE."
"I was made JUST RIGHT for me."

I am telling you--it is your own attitude towards yourself.
SO CHANGE IT!!
I am praying for you right now to feel better about yourself!

AND!! You don't have to figure things out!
GOD ALREADY HAS YOUR PLAN IN MIND AND HE KNOWS every step you take, every decision you will make--so if you lean--REALLY lean on God--- when you talk in the mirror,even--He will help you change your mind about yourself.

Making assumptions about people is wrong, however, if you are correct in your assumptions, it can be a valuable skill. Don't see yourself as insecure and self conscious, see your as conservative and precautious. don't be daunted by what others do, you are just feeling envy. you also shouldn't allow people to make you feel inadequate or ignorant. Embrace your mentality and gifts. If that does not help, seek therapy.

THATS NOT IGNORANCE SOMETIMES WE US PUT OTHERS THOUGHTS AND FEELINS FIRST SOME OF US ARE JUS LIKE THAT SOMETIMES WE HAVE LOTS WED LIKE TO SAY BUT WE KEEP QUIET TO AVOID CONFRONTATION.WE JUS GO WIV THE FLOW AND AS LONG AS EVERYONE ELSE OK WE TEND TO BE.I KNOW AT TIME SI GET FRUSTRATED WIV DECISIONS I MAKE AND HOW I COULDAVE OR SHOULDAVE DONE EM DIFRENTLTY.THATS THE WAY WE ARE WE CANT CHANGE THAT JUS SOMETIMES WE AHAVE TO REALISE WE NEED HELP IN CHIOICES WE MAKE AND FREINDS AND FAMILY NEED TO BE AWARE OF OUR OPINIONS TOO
