Let me describe it: it's a vine with crenelated, crinkled bright green leaves and it makes a small pink flower. It tends to throw off a lot of tendrils that curl in on themselves in spirals if they don't find anything to latch onto. I grew up with them everywhere in Louisiana, but nobody knew their name.

Anybody know?

In Cajun country they call it the Rose of Montana or "Coral Vine." They are common in the southern states, are drought-tolerant and attract lots of birds and butterflies.

Maybe kudzu. It really likes to spread and choke out everything.
