i am using vodafone sim card everything on phone works i can recieve text messages just not callls and i cant call out when people try ring me for them comes up with not alowed or something simular originally the phone was set to orange but got unlocked to any network and now its unlocked but cant receive calls or ring people would really like some help on this

Is it registering on the network properly? When you switch it on does the network name come up on screen?
If not do you get an unregistered/invalid sim message? or does everything look ok, what message do people get if they try to ring you? Number Unobtainable or a "switched off" message?

service provider i.e hutch-vodafone shop reliance,-webworld etc. (whoever is yr service provider) they can do else go to service center of samsung,

Did you buy the handset from new?
Could the handset be blocked?

have you registered the new sim you are using?
that may be why
