I'm looking for suggestions for lunch around Mass Ave/Albany St (near Novartis/Analog Devices/MIT). Prefer to keep the price under $15 and within 10 min walk. All cuisines considered.

Thanks for the suggestions so far!
I'm looking to keep out of my car during lunch if possible, so anything that's 1 mi away or so would eat my lunch hour just walking there and back (nice walk though). I will try to test all suggestions though over the next few weeks. ;)

The All Star Sandwich Bar is right on Cambridge St and is awesome.They do take out, so you can always call ahead and pick it up. Its kinda small inside but the food is great and they serve big sandwiches. Their fries with gravy are EXCELLENT!
