I have and experiment that i gotta do so how do i prevent a water ballon from popping when i drop it down several feet. any ideas for cushions or a parachute maybe?

Add only a small volume of water to the balloon.

I thought these kinds of problems were usually done with eggs? ☺

Yeah, you might try a parachute. Or make a box of some sort that the balloon would conform to and which would support the walls of the balloon.

Fill it with a little water, then add some air to it. Or maybe tightly wrap it in tape. Experiment with all kinds of ideas, and see which one is the most reliable.
