is it normal to feel fat when everyone tells you you're not
to feel alone in a crowd of people
to feel like there is no one you can trust
??
or am I insane?

why do people take trust for granted and treat it as something that is dispensable when it's not?

It is very normal, everyone feels like this sometimes... it's a part of life. Just remember that not all people are the bad guys. Find someone who loves you for who you are and stick by them when you start feeling this way. It'll help, I promise.

These thoughts are normal, as long as they don't turn into obsessions. You may feel fat even if you are thin only because you were influenced by the media. You may feel alone, though surrounded by many, just if you have no real friend to rely on. As life gets tougher and tougher, you feel there's no one you can trust. You are not insane at all. Find yourself a good friend, to listen to you.
People take trust for granted because they are selfish. They don't care at all about the others. They may have received a poor education or they may not be open enough.

I'd say those are mostly normal feelings. But if you "feel fat," you might do something stupid like getting an eating disorder. Maybe if you could really believe that all your feelings listed above are normal, you can more easily get on with self improvement. The happiest people are those who grow a little bit away from self and a little more toward love and service to others every day. We all have slightly paranoid feelings but we have to make ourselves grow in ways that will make us proud of ourselves.
Sorry, you final question can't be answered. It is a bit vague.

You Are Not Insane to have these feelings...But you do sound like you're not very happy with yourself.
You know, the first person you need to listen to, like to be around and trust, is yourself!
Put yourself at the top of your list! And Smile :-)

Of course its normal to feel that way, but from what i've read it seems to me that you have low confidence and self esteem issues.
Its normal to feel alone sometimes but if its every day it can begin to affect ur social life , try picking out at least one thing u like about urself and in the mirror say it out loud each day.
I know it may seem pointless at first but try it and you'll find that you'll be saying more positive things about yourself before u kno it and then you'll realise ur not that 'bad' after all.
Remember the key to confidence is 'positive thinking'.
