Absolutely. prescriptions mask it until you explode from more anxiety later on.
So, you have to address your hormonal system in a manner that is natural. Message me for more information.
Certain plants contain amazing hormone building blocks called Phytosterols. Researchers are finding that Phytosterols can have tremendous health promoting affects on:
* Stress
* Anxiety
* PMS
* Menopause
* Depression
* Too Much Fat
* Heart Disease
* Cancer
* Memory
* Diabetes
* Arthritis
* Prostate Conditions
* And more
Its important to understand that "both" biochemical pathways of hormones need to be supported. Taking just synthetic DHEA or just progesterone supplements can create imbalances. Imbalances create many problems. "New research has shown that phytosterols can normalize the DHEA: cortisol ratio. (Bouic et al., 1999)." Although you may have never heard of cortisol before, it has very important role in your health. Here are some of the effects of a cortisol imbalance:
* Low energy
* Muscle Dysfunction
* Impaired Bone Repair
* Thyroid Dysfunction
* Depressed Immune System
* Impaired Sleep Quality
* Poor Skin Regeneration
* Impaired Growth Hormone Uptake
During stress, extra cortisol can be released in high amounts, which can lead to obesity, suppressed thyroid function and other health consequences. Phytosterols can help.
Phytosterols that have been utilized for thousands of years by the Chinese and easing child birth in Africa for thousands of years. They are food molecules that are no longer plentiful in our diets from modern day farming practices. These plant molecules are non toxic at any level and allow the body to balance all 87 hormones naturally, which only 17% are responsible for reproduction.
Remember, balance is wellness, we just need what is missing in our modern diet to regulate, balance and restore ones overall well being and health - Not drugs to mask symptoms.
If you want the Cadillac of all products that is standardized, pharmaceutical grade with FDA Good Manufacturing practices, let me know, because there are "copy cat' products out there using borrowed science and are not what they are cracked up to be.

I'm now a medical person, but Stress Tabs and S. John's Wort really help me maintain lots more peace than i have without them. Prescription meds always made me numb and the time just faded by year after year. don't think I'l do that again. But, if you are devastatingly depressed or anxious maybe you need them. You be the judge.

Mangosteen juice, cousin to St. Johns Wart is one of the most powerful natural anti anxiety/depression agents there is. It contains xanthones in its makeup that help aid in hormonal balancing, free radical damage, and Cox-2 inhibition. It is as easy as drinking a few ounces a day. It is non habit forming and it has no side effects because it is a food. It tastes good too!
