is it normal to feel fat when everyone tells you you're not
to feel alone in a crowd of people
to feel like there is no one you can trust
??
or am I insane?

why do people take trust for granted and treat it as something that is dispensable when it's not?

That's normal. Especially if you're a teenager.

You actually have several questions. Yes, it is normal to feel fat when everyone tells you, you're not. It has to do with a poor self-image. Many teenage girls who are pencil slim, feel as though they are fat. This often leads to eating disorders, if carried to the extreme.

It's normal to feel alone in a crowd, and much more common than you might think.

As far as trust goes, a lot of that has gone by the wayside in recent years. I'm talking about political figures, the government, and the high cost of living.

Only the very innocent are trusting these days..

No your not insane, not at all.
I feel the same way.
It feels as if the intire world is looking at your fat & everything else that you do. It's annoying & stressful. I know.
The way I see it is, I think we all think the same thing sometimes.
We all think everyones looking at us, when really everyone is thinking what everyone else is thinking. Lol I don't know if that made any sence, buttt lol
I get what your saying.

I honestly don't trust anyone, Through out my years I've been completely up front with everyone I was close to even strangers. I wasn't afraid to express my true feelings, but after awhile of being betrayed, back stabbed, & all of this. I've come to a conclution, & it is...You can't trust anyone but yourself, "fully" like say I'll tell (some) people things but I still wont tell them everything because we all judge. Sometimes we judge in a cruel way. We make fun of eachother about our inner thoughts. Thoughts that hurt, skare, or make us nervous.
The people who we thought we could trust, take what you've told them & use it against you. You'll be the one looking like the idiot....So that's why I don't trust anyone "fully"...

Me against the world, as said my Tupac Shukar :)

Honest edvice, just live your life girl stop wondering so much about what others "might" be thinking of you. Don't trust anyone "fully" because they may use it against you when you piss them off or get them upset.

Mostly, be you.

Hope I've helped.
E-mail if you ever wanna talk.

Sounds like your depressed, your not insane. Alot of people don't value trust, and throw other's trust away for all the wrong reasons. Don't let anyone railroad you, but know that your only as beautifull as you feel. If you think your fat, and act insecure, it comes off as very unattractive. I struggle with the same self image issues, but i've learned that confidence is key.
