no all babies are not girls...your gender is in you dna since conception. The blood test would be from me not the baby, I am not having an ultrasound, and I will not be seeing a dr or midwife, I'm having an unassisted birth. (my husband and I are doing the prenatal care)

I have heard of it for at least 10 years or more. I don't see how taking a sample of blood from your arm can be dangerous. It would have been nice if I had it available when I was pregnant. I would have done it; especially since I never had ultrasound.

I really don't believe there is. I don't think the gender has enough of an effect on the mother to be noticed much less reliable. If there was such a test they would offer it to nearly everyone when they performed their routine bloodwork. No more waiting, no worries about incorrect ultrasounds and no babies in the wrong position. It sounds like you'll be waiting for the Big Day to find out what your little one is. Sorry you can't tell sooner, congratulations and good luck

For starter they are trying to sell you something Ive never heard of it i would speak to your midwife.

I thought all baby's were girls until you reach a certain stage in pregnancy. 7 Weeks seems to early.
