No. They dont have to because they know their capabilities. So they only use their venom when they are startled or frightened and believe they are in danger. Or to hunt prey.

rarely. Venom is hard to make. YOu can't just go spreading it around all willy nilly unless you have a good reason.

No, normally they are brightly colored (coral snakes) or noisy (rattle snakes) so they don't have to be nasty.
