I think it was meant to be a 'street' single for him to let people know he is sorry for all the incidents he was involved in,but it somehow got sent to the radio and he got some good airplay for it so they decided to release it on "Konvicted (Deluxe Edition)".

it is on the Konvicted album (U.S. Deluxe edition)
the album has an alternate edition cover. there are also other alternate albums like the U.S. wal-mart edition and target and circuit city editions. they all have additional songs to promote sales in these stores, respectively.
