The theme was designed to be used with Wordpress content management. it is not a stand alone design. If you are not running Wordpress software on your website, you will have to rework the theme to use with your site. If you are running Wordpress see the documentation for activating a new theme.
Wordpress is very popular blogging software and it uses a MySql database to store the content.
