Actually Blackthorne is my maiden name. But Alexis is probably too girly.

Ok, god, I'm sorry about this...I don't like any of them the way you have them. Allegra...isn't that a medicine? Pearl is too "old" of a name to choose. Naomi is ok, Amberly is different and ok...Nathaniel is ok, but the Blackthorne is a bit much, and Patrick Alexis doesn't even make sense because Patrick is a boy name and Alexis isn't. If you HAVE to choose from these, my suggestion is Nathaniel Patrick for a boy and Laurel Alexis for a girl. Good luck.

1. Alethea Allegra...I like Althea a little better. Allegra, I know people choose this as a name, but I can't get past the the allergy medication with the same name. I think the Spanish form Allegria is pretty.
2. Pearl Naomi...I like the names, I don't know if I would choose that particular combination though. To me, Naomi Pearl flows a little better.
3. Amberly Laurel...The first name reminds me of Amber + Kimberly...sorry, I don't like it. Amber is ok and I like Kimberly, but I'm not fond of the combination name. I do think Laurel is a very pretty name.
4. Nathaniel Blackthorne...I like Nathaniel very much, as well as the nicknames Nate and Nathan. I think it's nice to use your maiden name as a middle name. A lot of times it may not flow as well but it has a lot more meaning.
5. Patrick Alexis....I really like the name Patrick, but adding Alexis as the middle name really throws me off. Personally, I do not care for the name Alexis (whether it be a girl's name or a boy's name).

2. Pearl Naomi Ambrose- Pearl sounds like an old grandma name
3.Amberly Laurel Ambrose-pretty cute, but I love the name Ambria. (Am-bree-uh)
4.Nathaniel Blackthorne Ambrose-NO BLACKTHORNE, Nathaniel isn't bad.
5. Patrick Alexis Ambrose- Not sure if it's a girl name or a guy name. I don't like Patrick cause the only Patrick I know is a pot head and it reminds me of him, also spongebob squarepants has a dumb guy named patrick on it.

I'm apologizing ahead of time if this seems too blunt or rude,I'm not trying to be nasty.
1.Allegra reminds me of medicine,and Alethea is a little confusing (it would be REALLY confusing if you were 5).
2.I like Pearl,and Naomi's actually kind-of cute.
3.Don't really care for Laurel or Amberly.
4.Nathaniel's okay. Blackthorne sounds like the name of a special-ops operations on a TV show.
5.Patrick's okay. Alexis is commonly used as a girls names,so that probably wouldn't be a good idea (imagine,there are 4 people named Alexis in his class,the other 3 are girls).

I played around with the names; Alethea Laurel Ambrose flows. I dislike Amberly, go with Amber, also I do not like Naomi at all.
Pearl Allegra or Pearl Alethea, I like. How about Allegra Pearl or Alethea Pearl, again I not entierly sold on Allegra.
For a boy Nathaniel Alexis or Patrick Alexis.

I am not a fan of the first one. Too many A's.
I really like 2- Pearl Naomi Ambrose is so pretty! :)
Amberly Laurel AMbrose is very nice as well.
Nathaniel Blackthorne Ambrose is okay. I like the name Nathan, but Blackthorne? Well, it's original, and I like that... but I'm not too sure about it.
Patrick Alexis Ambrose. Patrick is nice, but I'm not a fan of Alexis.

Name Alethea is kinda cute but not Allegra, Pearl Naomi and Amberly Laurel are fine, Nathaniel is cool but not Blackthorne and Patrick Alexis is o.k.

I love Pearl Naomi Ambrose. I like Patrick better than Nathaniel but I think you are right, Alexis is too girly. You could do Alexander? Or Blackthorne is very cool.
