If all you had to say was, "there question was boring" then it's not that far of a stretch to think your mean. Only you know the answer to this question. Are you mean? That time yes, always I don't know.

Well I dont think that necesarilly makes you mean. Rude maybe, as many questions on here are boring, rude, funny, serious, or just plain stupid. But we dont go around telling people how insignificant their question is to us. it is better to avoid the questions you do not care for by NOT answering them. Unless of course they specifically asked if their question was boring.

Not really. Like all of these questions are boring...
What was the question?
P.S. Don't feel bad, the only way you could be mean would be if the question was about his social life.

>it depends how you deliver the word...your action...even your eye move women what add to your answer...
>being mean whether it is positive or negative if someone overlook at it maybe that word triggers that person who react on you...
>perhaps what you did to them you trigger their ego that why they said they hated you...
>but all depends what the topic is all about,,,,for you why is it boring...maybe for them it not...you should established the whole scenario so the word mean will be identified more clearly...
>everything has it purpose to open your eyes what message does the word "mean" to you...
>be thankful to them it for your own good....

Why even answer a question you find boring? Sounds like your answer was a little mean but one mean answer doesn't make you totally mean.

You telling them their question was boring was mean, and when they retaliated by saying they hated you, that was mean... but that doesn't make either of you mean people.

No, you're just giving an opinion. To be mean, it would say that you were being malicious or out to hurt them. I don't think the asker should be that sensitive.
