Yes, quite a lot of it actually.

Doesn't everybody? Every decision you make along the road of life eventually impacts the final outcome.

I wish I could go back to my last year of high school and see into the future--what a difference it would have made. I'm a secretary, just what I wanted to be. But had I been able to see into the future I would have seen secretaries becoming obsolete due to everybody in the world being able to use a computer, and I would have gone to college and became a psychologist instead!

Also, if I could have seen into the future I would have known ahead of time what rotten selections I would have made in husbands and could have saved myself the heartbreak.

So, yes, I have regrets and would change a lot of the wrong choices that I made early on in my life.

My two cents, for what it's worth.

I'm sure we all wish we could go back and change something in our lives to get what ever outcomes we desire. Who wouldn't want something that we didn't get that we wanted so badly? I'm a believer of everything happens for a reason. Although we may not agree with what ever happened in the past; they happened for a reason. It's our responsibility to learn from it, grow and move on. You shouldn't have any regrets in your life. Just try to make the best choices for you today.

Best wishes!

Yes, many things, but how do I know what those changes could bring? We cannot foretel the future. We live in the dark, running down a one way street with our eyes shut. Maybe if I had changed my first job, for instance, I would have met someone who would have ruined my life; how do I know? The only change that I would really like to do is out of my hands, how could I prevent my mother dying when I was 5.

No I do not wish I could change the things that has happened in my life. Everything happens for a reason. You always learn from your past well in some cases only few do weather it is bad or good

Great question!

No, I wouldn't change anything. Some horrific and traumatic things have happened in my life, along with very sad things. But I have learnt from every experience and grown. They have all moulded me into the person I am today.

Without those things happening I doubt I would appreciate all the good things I have in my life so much.

Not really. The things that have happened in my life have all been part of making me who and what I am today. And I kinda think that I'm an OK person.

You wouldn't be who you are NOW if you hadn't been through the experiences you have.
I wouldn't change things at all.... unless I could still have the wisdom and experience I have gained by going through the difficult times and things I have been through.
You have to accept the consequences and take personal responsibility for how you are..... no point blaming other people or other things for how you are. Its up to you to change and be who you want to be.

Then you would have to ask yourself another question, would you change who you are today?

If your answer is no, then you probably wouldn't want to change your past because it's made you who you are today.

If your answer is yes, then maybe you want to. But it's important to realise that you can't change the past. A painful past is not something you want to have, of course. Focus on a bright future, that's all that you can do.

No, why waste time and energy on things you can not change. Something good always comes out of something bad whether you can see it or not.
