I once heard that in Roman times, Emperor Nero's favourite method of torture was to have the prisoner's uretha sewn up and then forced to drink large quantities of wine. Obviuosly it was impossible for them to wee and they would roll around in agony for hours until their baldder eventually gave up, thus killing them. Nice eh!! (I didnt make this up by the way)

It is a disorder. You have pressure sensors in your bladder, so your bladder knows to tell the pee valve,Hey I'm full, empty me. If those nerves are damaged then it is possible for someone to drink till their bladder explodes.

i seiously doubt it
due to the amount of liquid you would have to drink i'm sure you'd throw up before your bladder would explode
