I think we'll see a lot of improvement in all things with the introduction of nanotechnology. Probably not by 2020, but the possibility is still out there, although there are ethical debates surrounding it.
Nano-machines might also one day be used to travel through your body and provide a cure or create an experience in your mind that you weren't physically present for. For example, they'll make you think you're in Tiajuana while you're actually at work.
