Dad always had one and I know I had it two years ago but then I moved here and I'm not sure where it is.

Apparently, I called it a 'dibbler' when I was three and Dad thought it was cute so it stuck. You are of course correct, the proper term is 'dibber'.

A dibbler is a small Australian marsupial, so I don't have one. However, I did own a dibber which is a garden tool for poking holes in the soil.

I had a Dabbler (a Macintosh program) , never a dibbler.
Perhaps my Dabbler could double as a dibbler.
Would it double Dabble dibble?
