If you are referring to the text in your browser, Ctrl - (Control minus) will reduce the size.
To reduce the size of text on your desktop, right click in an open space, choose Properties, then Settings. Select a higher number such as 1024x768. Save your changes.

go up to View at the top of the screen and select text size.

right click on ur main desktop and go to properties were change ur screensaver and stuff and u shud be able to change it 4rm there
