oh i have so many near misses......but when it goes ...it GOES! its agony and it takes me hours to get up......the last time it really 'went' was a couple of years ago now...but since the back has been 'ok' ish...the legs have started to feel numb as i walk....... just an age thing now ahhhh

that would have to be Aug 2006, went to the dr's to get pain killers, ended up being rushed into hospital and having major back surgery, where upon they removed two shattered discs
and fused another that was resting against the spinal cord.
lm told the op was a success, but lve never been the same since.

mine went in January, had operation that wasn't a success having injections in my spine every few months and countless pain relief,and still in pain 24/7 need a wheel chair at times which is getting used more and more and have been told it will only get worse ....so that's something to look forward to.. but hey I'm still here :)

Couple of days ago, I'm 8 months pregnant and I think my back just gave up! It hurt quite a lot, in fact I almost cried! It's OK now though, I've got my back back!!!

It really went in 2001 and has been a little touchy ever since. But a hot shower and little Tylenol here and there fixes it thankfully.

my back goes every day because of my bed...it's old (i mean the bed) can't afford a new one so every day i suffer with really bad back ache, it gets worse when i am out walking and sometimes i find it hard to walk if i am out for a long space of time...today it's not too bad but i still feel pain...it's horrible...
